Taylor is a registered dietitian who joined The United Family as a corporate dietitian in the fall of 2018! She earned her BS in human environmental sciences from the University of Arkansas and her MS in Food and Nutrition with an Emphasis in Pediatrics from Saint Louis University. When she’s not sharing her nutritional expertise with us, you might find her breaking a sweat as a cycle instructor or running around being silly with her toddler.

5:00 AM! I’ve always been an early bird.

I CAN'T START MY MORNING WITHOUT…

Coffee, a good read, and a workout.

I TAKE CARE OF MY MENTAL HEALTH BY…

Creating morning and nightly routines as well as setting timers for everything from work tasks to house cleanings.

CURRENTLY, MY FAVORITE GO-TO MEAL IS…

TACOS…with a healthy amount of queso and guac. Some of my favorite (and underutilized) toppings are shredded purple cabbage and sliced radishes.

MY CURRENT MANTRA IS…

“Everything in moderation, including moderation.”

MY TOP PRE & POST WORKOUT SNACKS ARE…

Pre: a small handful of fruit

Post: chocolate milk or a turkey sandwich on seeded bread with dijon mustard, cheddar cheese and loaded with veggies

WHEN I'M NOT WORKING, I LIKE TO SPEND MY TIME…

Enjoying time with friends and family, learning about wine, or gardening.
