  1. Wash and drain shrimp.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium high heat.
  3. Sauté garlic for one minute.
  4. Add shrimp, sauté for 4 minutes, then flip and sauté for 4 minutes more or until pink and cooked.
  5. Assemble the tacos with warm tortillas.
  6. Spread a layer of lettuce on the tortilla, a layer of shrimp, and top with guacamole.
  7. Serve with your salsa of choice and lime wedges.
