1. Stir together equal amounts of peeled, chopped Chilean oranges and vanilla Greek yogurt.2. Spoon into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
3. Freeze until firm. (May also be spooned into small paper cups. Place a small piece of foil over the top and cut a small slit in the center. Slide a popsicle stick through slit to keep upright.)
*Oranges can be substituted with Clementines or Mandarins.
