Directions
Combine all ingredients except franks and buns in a soup kettle or braising pan.Cook for 1 hour on low heat. Drain before serving.
Place franks in side buns and top with warm sauerkraut.
*Tip: If you can't find Real Ale Firemans #4 in the store where you shop, almost any blonde, golden, or light beer will work just as well.
