Directions1. Spray a 9 x 14 pan with non-stick spray and preheat the oven to 350?. 2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and milk with a mixer until smooth. 3. Combine pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, salt, and pumpkin pie spice and pour the mixture into prepared pan. 4. Spoon your cream cheese filling into a small ZipLock bag and make a DIY piping bag by snipping off the tip. 5. Pipe the cream cheese filling over the pumpkin mix. 6. Poke holes through the cream cheese layer with the end of a wooden spoon, pour dry cake mix over your pan, followed by melted butter. 7. Add an even dash of cinnamon sugar over the top of the cake. 8. Place your cake in the oven and bake for 40-50 minutes. 9. Allow the cake to cool completely before serving with plenty of whipped cream!
