In drip coffee maker, prepare a concentrated brew using 2/3 cup ground Peet’s Coffee with 2 ½ cups water.

When brew is finished, add 2 ½ cups of ice directly into the carafe. Stir with a plastic or wooden spoon until the ice melts completely.

Serve over ice, and add sweetener and creamer to taste.
