Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Unroll the dough on a lightly floured surface.
3. With a lightly floured rolling pin, gently roll out the rest of the dough until the perforations are sealed.
4. With your hands, shape the dough into a ball. Place it on a baking tray.
5. In a bowl, mix the orange juice and milk and spread over the dough.
6. Using a knife, cut one of the reserved croissant sections into four or six strips and place them on top of the bread ball.
7. Spread the strips and the ball with the juice and milk mixture. Sprinkle the whole loaf with sugar.
8. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden, cut and serve hot.
