1. In a large resealable bag or bowl, mix jalapeño, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, garlic salt, oil, salt, pepper and cumin. 2. Combine mixture with steak and toss gently to coat. 3. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature. *You can chill up to overnight in refrigerator, tossing occasionally. 4. If chilled, let steak sit at room temperature 30 minutes before cooking. 5. Prepare a grill for medium-high heat and separate steak from marinade. Scrape off any bits that cling to meat. 6. For a medium-rare taste, cook steak for 2-3 minutes per side. Let sit 10 minutes before thinly slicing steak against the grain. 7. Warm tortillas in a microwave or on the grill. 9. Garnish each taco with a lime wedge. 8. Place steak on tortillas and top with salsa, avocado, sour cream, queso fresco, cilantro and red onion.
