1. Boil chicken breasts, carrots, onions, and seasonings in broth and 2 cups water for 20 minutes or until done.
2. Remove chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
3. With kitchen shears snip biscuits into quarters. Add one at a time to boiling broth to allow dumplings to puff up. Cover and cook without stirring for approximately 10 minutes. May add additional broth if needed.
4. Remove lid and stir dumplings into broth. Add diced chicken, simmer for 5 minutes to heat through and serve.
