Preparation


1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13-inch pan and set aside.
2. In a large bowl combine oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
3. In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
4. Add flour mixture to oil mixture and fold in cranberries and walnuts.
5. Place batter in pan and bake for 25-35 minutes. Cool before slicing.
