Directions

1. Heat oven to 450°F.
2. Coat oven safe pan with oil or cooking spray. Place cod in pan.
3. Sprinkle chili powder, cilantro and salt over the cod.
4. Roast 5-7 minutes until opaque.
5. Melt butter in small saucepan.
6. Add cumin and lime juice to butter mixture and cook on low for 1 minute.
7. Before serving drizzle butter mixture over cod.
