DirectionsRemove stems from Hatch Chiles and open by slicing down the middle on one side.
Cut the string cheese to the length of the pepper and stuff inside.
Arrange chiles on a cookie sheet or pan and broil in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
Allow to cool and peel chile skin before eating if desired. Enjoy!
