MY ALARM IS SET FOR…
7:00 a.m.
I CAN'T START MY MORNING WITHOUT…
A nutritious breakfast!
AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK I MAKE…
A charcuterie board with leftovers from my kitchen.
MY CURRENT MANTRA IS…
"The moment you stop learning is the moment you stop growing."
MY BEST TIPS TO JUMPSTART A SLUGGISH SYSTEM ARE…
Change up your environment and indulge in a hobby. Open the windows to let the sun in, declutter your desk, or put on some energizing music while doing something you enjoy.
THE POWER FOODS I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT ARE…
Avocados and spinach.
MY FAVORITE MEDITATION PRACTICE IS…
Going on long walks with my dog.
